Management

Mr. Jamal graduated with a 1st Class Honours from University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia) in 1997 and further obtained a Master of Science from National University of Singapore in 2005 (MSc). He also has an Advanced Diploma In Estate Management and Diploma In Architecture from Singapore Polytechnic.

He started his career with Housing Development Board, where he manages public projects from 1985 and left 1995. After short stint working with private developer, Jamal joined Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) in 1997 to head the Project Management Section of MUIS’ Property Development Division.

In the year 2001, he pioneered the incorporation and establishment of Warees Investments Pte Ltd as real estate company, where he is appointed as the Chief Operating Officer. He is also the Director of WAREES Land Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Warees Investment Pte Ltd as a real estate developer and Director of Pusara Management Service a non-building project management service till 2008.

He is now appointed as the CEO of Singbuilders, a subisidary of P&N Holding Pte Ltd.

He is a member of Australian Institute of Building, A CHARTERED BUILDING PROFESSIONAL.
