Management
Mr. Jamal graduated with a 1st Class Honours from University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia) and Master of Science from National University of Singapore (MSc). Prior to that he has an Advanced Diploma In Estate Management and Diploma In Architecture from Singapore Polytechnic.
He started his career in the building development industry with one of the leading Public Sector in 1982, where he manages public housing development and with some other Statutory Board in 1998, thereafter managing other private residential, commercial and institutional development till 2000.
In 2001, he pioneered the incorporation and establishment of Warees Investments Pte Ltd as real estate company, as the Chief Operating Officer and appointed as the Director of WAREES Land Pte Ltd in 2003 , a subsidiary of Warees Investment Pte Ltd as a real estate developer. He was also the Director of Pusara Management Service a non-building project management service till 2008.
In 2008 He is appointed as the CEO of SingBuilders Development.
He is a member of Australian Institute of Building, A CHARTERED BUILDING PROFESSIONAL.
